Green Insulation™ products are suitable for residential, commercial and industrial building applications of all kinds. They are easy to install and their thermal performance is second to none.

Unique, patented protective durable polymer coating
This new technology has pioneered the development of a unique range of fibre free, air bubble insulation with a distinctive, patented coating.
 Excellent R-values
The Green Insulation™ R-values are among the highest in the industry dealing with up to 93% of heat that enters a building. They can even be used under a coloured roof in some areas with no need for extra insulation in the ceiling. Unlike some insulation types, Green Insulation™ R-values will not decrease because of the effects of moisture, humidity, or compression.
Heat laminated, air bubble core provides an exceptional barrier against heat and cold, humidity and condensation, water and vapour penetration
Our insulation products are constructed from two outer sheets of extra pure reinforced aluminium foil that reflect up to 97% of radiant heat. These sheets are heat laminated to a tough core of polyethylene-pocketed air for strength & reliability. This sandwich resists conductive & convective heat flow. This feature, added to the highly reflective properties of the outer foil surfaces, allows all of our products to combat all three types of heat that affect buildings.
Green Insulation™ is one of the few insulations not affected by humidity. R-value's of some traditional bulk insulation products, can diminish by more than 35%. For example, an R2.5 bulk insulation can be reduced back to R1.65 with only 1.5% moisture in the air, and typically the average moisture content in homes exceeds 1.5 %.
99%+ Pure Aluminium
Green Insulation™ has the highest-grade aluminium in its products with up to 98% reflectivity. Reflective foil insulations that use less than 99% pure aluminium or have no protection may deteriorate with age.
Anti Corrosive Properties
Reflective foil insulations under a roof can be exposed to morning and night condensation. This condensation from metal and tile roofs can react with the foil surface over time and has the potential to corrode the surface of the foil. All Green Insulation™ products have a unique protective patented coating to guard against corrosion, oxidisation and foil degradation that can commonly affect foil insulation products, reducing their initial R vales by up to 80%.
Extra Thick Foil for added strength
Each layer of the aluminium is extra thick. This ensures you don't experience "pin-holing" that can also deteriorate reflective insulation over time. It’s the extra things we do to ensure you’re getting quality insulation that lasts.
Excellent fire and acoustic properties
All Green Insulation™ products are tested and conform to the required insulation fire standards for use in all buildings. Added to this, Green Insulation™ products provide some of the best sound barrier requirements in the market. For further information, please refer to our technical section.
Environmentally friendly and fibre-free
All Green Insulation™ products are fibre free, non-itchy and non-allergenic. Being made of aluminium and polyethylene, means Green Insulation™ can be recycled at any time in the future.
15 Year Warranty
All of the products in our Reflecta-Range™ are backed by a 15 year warranty.

10-20% wider than most insulation products
Green Insulation™ rolls are 1.5 metres wide and 20 metres long. This provides for coverage of 30m² when the product is butt-joined and taped edge to edge. When overlapping the product by 150mm, coverage is approximately 27m².
